Kate Nash Associates – Ultimate People Networks


Ultimate People Networks deliver a leadership development programme for staff network co-ordinators – across the diversity spectrum and for all sector strands. Kate Nash also delivers bespoke consultancy services to the business sector in how to recruit, retain and develop disabled people.


Until 2006, she was Chief Executive of RADAR the disability human rights network for disabled people. Prior to that she was Deputy Chief Executive of the Arthritis Care and Director of The Leadership Consortium, a unique employers’ initiative which co-ordinates a programme of management and leadership learning opportunities for high achieving disabled people.


She is a non-executive director of the Disability and Carers Service, DWP; an associate of the Business Disability Forum and a trustee of Motability.
